순대는 일종의 한국 소시지입니다. 떡볶이랑 같이 소비되고 잇죠.

Sundae is kind of Korean sausage, frequently consumed with Topokki in Korea.

저도 순대 매우 좋아하고, 자주 먹습니다.

I also like it very much and enjoy eating it frequently.

BHC 같이 많은 회사들이 순대를 팔려고 합니다.

many companies try to sell Sundae, like BHC.

BHC는 많은 계열사를 갖고 있는데, 빅히트 치킨이 치킨을 팔고 있죠.

It has many affiliates such as Big hit chicken, selling fried chickens.

큰맘할매순대국도 BHC의 계열사 중 하나입니다. "음식은 사람을 위한 것입니다."를 모토로 합니다.

Big Mom Halmae Sundaeguk is also an affiliate for BHC, aiming for the moto that food is for mankind.

얼마나 괜찮은 음식점인지 살펴보죠.

저는 큰맘할매순대국 삼전동점을 들렀습니다.

I visited one of Big Mom Halmae Sundaeguks' Samjeon-dong branches to eat.

지하철 9호선에 있는 삼전역과 가깝습니다.

It is near Samjeon station on line number 9.

지하철역에서 도보로 대략 10분 정도 걸립니다. 굉장히 가까워요.

It takes about 10 minutes on foot from the subway station to go there, really close.

저는 여기를 자주 들르는 편인데, 24시간이라서 그렇습니다.

I often visit here because it has opened day and night.

여기서 순대를 언제나 즐길 수 있죠.

I can enjoy Sundae here anytime.

근처의 다른 식당보다 넓은 편입니다.

It is wider than the other restaurants nearby.

12시 쯤에 들렀고, 6천원짜리 할매 토종 순대를 주문했습니다.

I visited ar around 12PM and I ordered Grandma's traditional Sundae, 6000 won.

이 표를 보시면 숫자가 음식 이름 옆에 있는 걸 볼 수 있습니다.

On this chart above, you can see numbers as the price beside the name of foods.

한국에서는 6천원에서 8천원 정도를 한 끼 외식 값을 지불하는데요.

In South Korea, we usually pay about 6 thousand won to 8 thousand won for a meal.

이 맥락에서 다른 곳보다 가성비가 좋다고 말할 수 있는데요.

I can say it is more cost-effective than the other restaurants in this sense.

하지만 한국에서 순대는 비싼 음식이 아닙니다. 

But Sundae is not expensive in Korea.

그래서 다른 순대집에 비하면 비싸다고 말할 수도 있죠.

 so I can also say it is relatively expensive compared to the other Sundae restaurants.

찰순대 가격이 보통 4천원에서 4천원 정도 합니다.

The price of common Sundae is about 3 thousand to 4 thousand won.

그리고 영어 가이드가 없습니다.

And it does not have an English guide.

그래서 외국인이라면 쉽게 헷갈릴 수 잇죠.

Thus, you got easily confused here if you are a foreigner.

포크도 없습니다.

There is no fork here, too.

젓가락질을 배워두면 좋습니다.

So you should know how to use chopsticks.

많은 한국 식당이 포크는 없고 젓가락만 쟁여두는데, 한국인이 젓가락을 사용하기 때문입니다.

Most restaurants do not have forks but chopsticks because Koreans commonly use chopsticks.

한국의 모든 음식을 즐기고 싶다면 젓가락질을 연습해두는게 좋겠네요.

It is better of you to practice using chopsticks if you want to enjoy the whole food of Korea

어쨌든 맛있습니다.

The food is delicious anyway.

순대는 야채, 돼지 내장, 피를 굳힌 내장 등등으로 구성됩니다.

Sundae consists of vegetables, the gut of pig, rice, Seonji which is clotted blood...etc

지역에 따라 다양한 레시피가 존재하죠.

It has various recipes depending on districts.

감칠맛도 갖고 있습니다.

And it has an umami taste.

그래서 소금으로 간을 할 필요가 없죠.

So you do not need to add salt in it.

결론 / conclusion

큰맘할매순대국은 순대 먹기 좋은 곳입니다.

 Big Mom Halmae Sundaeguk is a good place to eat Sundae.

지하철역에서 가깝고, 가성비가 좋으며, 맛있는 음식을 제공하죠.

close to the subway station, cost-effective, and offering delicious foods.

그러나 일반적인 순대집보다는 비싸고, 외국어 가이드가 없습니다.

but it is more expensive than the usual Sundae restaurants, has no language-friendly guide.

포크도 없어요.

Even there are no forks here.

하지만 저는 순대 맛 때문에 여기에 가는 것을 추천합니다.

But I would like to recommend you to go here because of the taste of Sundae.
